Working principle of hot rolling mill

The hot-rolling mill is mainly used for hot-melt bonding of chemical fiber, polyester, polypropylene, and inter-bonding to consolidate the fiber web. Thereby, the non-woven fabric has the effect of enhancing the physical properties.

Features of hot rolling mill:

(1) The temperature is uniform, the temperature difference is 2≤ ℃

(2) The pressure is uniform and the cloth surface is smooth. Use mid-to-high crossover for pressure compensation

(3) The speed is stable, (10-120) m/min

(4) Simple operation and easy maintenance
