1) Regular


a) The raw materials are stacked neatly.


b) Put the repair tools and spare parts in the box.


c) Plastic turnover baskets are stacked neatly, and sanitary utensils are neatly placed in designated locations.


d) It is strictly forbidden to place flammable products, and it is strictly forbidden to place things and auxiliary materials on the machine platform.


e) Spare parts should be kept clean, oiled and rust-proof, and stored regularly in designated locations.


f) The complete machine parts of the equipment are intact.




2) Clean


a) Clean the product contact surface on the production line before starting the machine, so that it is clean and free of debris.


b) The appearance and surrounding areas are clean and free of debris and oil.


c) The rear transmission room is clean: the outer surface of the machine, the straight gear box, the differential motor and the synchronous wheel.


d) The exterior surface of the machine is hygienic. Clean the aisles, under the machine and clean the windowsill wall feet.


e) Electric control equipment should be kept clean and intact.




3) Smooth


a) All cutters, cut rollers, and linoleum should be kept moist, and smooth oil should be added in time.


b) Check the smooth condition of the chain and add smooth oil to those who are insufficient.


c) Check whether the main bearing is smooth and well, whether it shows high temperature or abnormal sound.


d) Only use water and alcohol when scrubbing rubber parts, plastic parts, and painted parts.




4) Security


a) Abnormal noises appear during the operation of the production line, stop and adjust in time.


b) All belts and timing belts are in normal operating conditions.


c) The inner and outer cutters are adjusted properly.


d) Punctually inspect the operation status of electrical equipment.


e) Inspect the operation status of the electric control cabinet, electric control components, motors, solenoid valves, etc. on the electric control cabinet at any time.


f) Frequently observe the operating conditions of each part, and immediately stop the machine for maintenance if any abnormality is found.


g) The whole machine has no failed parts. Non-woven equipment: The records are complete, clear, intact, correct and fill in the maintenance records on time.
