Operation of the coiler

1. Release the brake tension before installing the pay-off reel.

2. Adjust the pay-off tension according to the size of different bobbin diameters. The higher the position of the adjusting knob, the greater the pay-off tension.

3. Do not press the meter wheel too tightly to avoid crushing the wire.

4. Adjust the preset length of the electronic meter according to the requirements of the wire and cable manufacturer for the length of the coiled wire. Adjust the preset length of the electronic meter. After several debuggings, the purpose required by the user is achieved.

5. The automatic brake device on the automatic tensioning pay-off machine should be adjusted according to the diameter and weight of the spool.
