Carding machine

A spinning machine that combs the preliminary processed spinning raw materials into a single fiber state, forms a thin layer of net-like fibers, and then gathers them into fiber strips. Due to different fiber types and technological requirements, carding machines also have a variety of different structures, such as carding machine, wool carding machine, and linen carding machine.

After carding the fiber strip, many impurities and defects have been eliminated, fibers of different qualities and colors are fully mixed, and the fibers are initially straight and have directionality. These are important conditions for the production of high-quality yarns. However, most of the fibers still have hooks, which need to be straightened out in the subsequent process.
